Background: ABC Technologies entered into a strategic relationship with SAP, the largest producer of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software in the world. Beyond the announcement, ABC wanted to attract the attention of SAP representatives at its winter sales meeting and compel them to come to the trade show booth.
Problem: Materials to be used at the sales meeting had to be produced within three weeks, be shipped to the site, and conform to a not-yet-stable branding scheme.
Solution: Diversity took existing designs, adapted the new branding scheme, and developed signage, posters, party invitations, and informational "flash cards" describing the new ABC-SAP relationship and its value. Diversity coordinated production and printing during the busy winter holiday season, delivering the materials to the fulfillment house.
Results: The materials were completed on time and the booth traffic and party attendance exceeded expectations.
