Problem: As a product-based company, Tektronix was challenged to introduce an equipment leasing service to North America. Diversity had eight weeks to complete the entire launch, from branding, web site development through to delivery of collateral and sales materials.

Solution: Diversity was hired for this project on a turnkey basis and began by creating the sub-brand identity - Tektronix eQuip Finance. We undertook the design, copywriting and production of a customer brochure and sales training materials (rate cards and a comprehensive pocket-sized quick reference guide). These became the tools used to effectively sell the benefits of this leasing program to the end-user. Diversity then developed a web site to provide educational tools such as FAQs, a leasing calculator, and glossary.

Result: All activities were completed on time and on budget. Use of the eQuip Finance leasing program has out-performed corporate projections. Since that launch, 8 additional countries - in 6 languages - have been completed with an additional 6-10 more to be completed by the end of 2000.
