Problem: There was only one month to deliver sales collateral tools to medical clinics, whose primary purpose is health care, not selling. As part of this promotion, MedicaLogic wanted to include motivational goods - embroidered polo shirts, posters, point-of-sale tools - for clinic staffs. The new materials needed to retain a link to the existing branding scheme but break new ground to differentiate the consumer product from the current one.

Solution: Working in tandem with the web site designers and product marketing managers, Diversity wrote and produced four print collateral pieces that helped clinic staffs promote and sell the new service. In addition, Diversity marshaled outside vendors to produce the other advertising specialties in half the normal turnaround time.

Results: All the materials were completed on time and on budget in spite of numerous changes to form and content. Diversity and outside studios successfully synchronized their designs and coordinated their efforts to get the first shipment delivered only two days following the final printing. This is one example of the hundreds of efforts where Diversity helped to keep MedicaLogic growing and strong.
